Inter Milan defender Davide Santon expects to leave the club this summer.

Although he doesn’t know what his future yet holds, he has indicated that he won’t be playing for the San Siro outfit in 2011-12.

“I really don’t know what will happen yet,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “I’ll start pre-season with Inter and then we’ll make a decision together.

“I’m like any other footballer in that I don’t like to be stuck on the bench.

“I need to play games and I’d prefer to have a season where I am a regular starter in the first XI.

“My objective is to have a good campaign and then hopefully return to Inter as a protagonist.

“It’s now up to me to demonstrate that I am worthy of Inter. That is the aim and I believe that I can do that.”

Loan him out for another season... if he doesn't do anything in this season... sell him!

it proves, he knows he is not good enough for inter just yet.
but he still wants to come back and play for us in the future!
