Try telling that to the Chelsea fans on this board. Laughing

For the record, I agree with you.

Michael Owen would have never played as a striker if it was up to Mole then rofl

if a team plays Walcott up top, they shouldn't hoof it to him expecting him to hold it up.

They should play the ball on the ground, off the ball movement of Theo will create space for others, and if a throughball is sent, Theo's pace will rape whoever CB is marking him.

It's not about size, it's about intelligence and skill.

Owen had more in his little thumb than Walcott has in his whole body.

Owen shit's all over Walcott in movement, agility, ball control and he's better than him as a finisher too.

The two are not even close to being compared.

He isnt worth 100k, but arent Arsenal paying Chamakh and other scrubs 50k? Get rid of a couple dead wood and give Theo a little extra change. It will be worth it.

For the record, I am not super high on Walcott. I dont think he will ever be THAT good, mostly because he makes some awful decisions. Yesturday he was excellent, but even then you saw him doing first touches into the path of defenders instead of away into space. But still, he is good enough to play some kind of role at Arsenal.
