Mou and Perciado are not enemies any more so Gijon won't be that fired up. Sporting's fans will be loud as hell though like always.

I have't had a bad feeling like this all season. We may end up destroying them, but I am quite worried lol.

sociedad lined up with 5 defenders against us, though it wasnt a convincing win we got the win non the less and i think we will win against sporting too.

This game has "park the bus" written all over it. We take our chances and 3 pts are in the bag.

The key of this game will be to score in the first 10 minutes which will make Gijon open up thus allowing us to ease through the game. If that doesn't happen then we will need patient as they will tire eventually.

I have some experience with Asturian teams. When one team is doing well, the other isn't. This year it's Oviedo's turn. The whole matter last year was the fault (inexperience)of Mou. He's not making that mistake this year and Gijon is well let's just say it shitty.

As to the fans, gijon so more prone to Barca than Madrid, but there are also lots of Real fans as well. Last year they were just pissed at Mou for his comments, but that's not the case this year. They also sold off 3 of their better players from last year.

So only danger is if lose focus........ Not going to happen.

Xabi will miss Gijon game because of suspension (5 yellows). Either Sahin gets a shot in a 4-2-3-1, or we go to a 4-3-3 with Khedira-Lass-Sahin. That's assuming Arbeloa is healthy... if not, it would be Khedira-Coentrao-Sahin.

I think it's a 4-3-3 in this one guaranteed. We can't play a 2-man midfield without Xabi, especially on the road.

Sahin or Coentrao will start in the midfield, or we will have another Lass-Khedira. It's more likely to be Sahin and Lass/Khedira. Lass does provide more protection for Sahin though

Also, Callejon is likely to start from the bench, otherwise you dont have any attacking solution on the bench. Kaka and Ronaldo will get some minutes at the end most likely.

Sahin starting is a nice way of integrating him faster. I think he can do OK. I don't envy him though he'll sub for our most important player in a must win game away from home.

It won't be easy for him, but I think he can do it.

I want to see a 4231 with Khedira and Sahin. Arbeloa/Lass RB and same team as usual unless Ronaldo is not fit, in that case Benguian time.

Yeah. knowing the kind of mentality he has, i dont think he worries that much about it. He is probably thinking, "bring it"

If we put him next to Lass, he will be covered well, and we can let Ozil, Maria, Benzema and Higuain run free forward.

Very confident we'll win ths game. Hopefully Sahin we'll get a chance.
