I think there was blood on his other one when he unintentionally hit the uruguain in the eye.

Nobody knows, but it's funny how nobody caught it on early... not Prandelli, and not the ref... which I find even more odd.

For those who don't know, Balotelli infact spoke to the referee one on one right before the wistle in the second half .
