Who should go on a loan?
Ignasi Miquel
Ryo Miyaichi
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Francis Coquelin
Emmanuel Frimpong
If it was up to me I would send them all on a loan to get more playing time. I want them to play in epl and get more experience.
I know Chamberlain has been playing great but like Ramsey and Jack this could help his career a lot.

also maybe a loan spell might do Chamakh some good... some place where he can get his confidence back. unless wenger's made up his mind that he's done with him

Re: Who should go on a loan?
With Diaby and Jack coming back I just don't see our youngster getting that many minutes at Arsenal.
I just hope Denilson not coming back lol.
Is not that I dont want them at Arsenal I just think its better for their future.

Everyone you said except Frimpong, just give him more first team action.

Re: Who should go on a loan?
Ozyakup/Aneke ---> One of both
Coquelin/Frimpong ---> One of both
Miquel
-----------------------
Miyaichi needs to stay at Arsenal for one year at least. Help him develop his English enough to fit in at clubs better, and also develop his technique and passing here.

Re: Who should go on a loan?
Ozyakup and Aneke should both go on loan. The former has been promised first team football and really need a loan because he's too good for the reserves but not quite good enough for the first team. Aneke needs one in order to step-up his development. No point in sending out one but keeping the other here.
Miquel is in the same boat. He's not going to learn much else playing reserve level. Afobe, too, would benefit from a loan when he returns from his injury.
Frimpong needs the experience, while Coquelin should stay as Song's understudy.
Ryo is struggling to adapt to English football as he's picked up a number of niggly injuries this year. I think a loan in the Championship could do wonders for him, as he can grow accustomed to English football and still continue settling into a new country and lifestyle.
I would also say Oxlade-Chamberlain, but he's surprised me with how easily he's adapted to a higher level. He'd be better off staying and making contributions to the first team.
So in list-form:
Miquel
Frimpong
Ozyakup
Aneke
Miyaichi
Afobe
