Both great players with different strengths.
Both have been influential to their respective sides.
I rate them almost the same. I pick Iniesta for obvious reasons.

Sneijder had one single season when he played at an Iniesta level, one season.

Before it, and after, he hasnt done it.

It’s unfair to judge a player’s success in that way. Iniesta had this great Barca side around him all the time while Sneijder had either lousy Madrid or under constriction Inter.
From an ability perspective, both are really close and the amount of silverware doesn’t change that

Iniesta was still great when we were poor though. Didn't goal.com name him our best player the year before the treble when we were awful? Atleast he was the only barca player on team of the season. Spanish Debate: La Liga Team Of The Season 2007-8

Sneijder was always at least decent even when his side was poor.
I’m not saying he was better. I just mention that your team’s performance helps you look better usually and let’s face it Sneijder has been mostly in worst teams compared to Iniesta

I've always thought Sneijder was more Xavi than Iniesta despite playing "attacking midfield"

Just for his errenous close-ball control and turns, i will go with Iniesta. he is te only player from Barca i admire.

Iniesta is fantastic. I hate him, but I can't deny his skill. Rather have sneijder on my team so I don't have to watch dives left and right but iniesta is probably the better asset.
