Casillas v. Lloris

With the Lyon/Madrid matchup coming up, i thought this was an interesting topic.
Based on today's form (not careers obviously), who do you think is better? I'll share my opinion later in the thread.
Everyone knows Casillas and Madrid.
But Lloris is the main reason Lyon qualified for CL this year and got past pool play in CL last year. Very, very clean and often spectacular. No weaknesses imo.
Thoughts?

Hmm hard for me to say really iv seen a lot of cassilas comapred to loris.
But from what uv heard about lloris and seen of him, he is up there.
Not sure how mistake prone lloris is though as that for me has always lowered casillas.
Will be a good game though espc with lyon normally doin very well against madrid

Lloris currently imo, i have not been impressed by Mehsillas( sorry i had too 
)
for a long time other than the Copa Del Rey final(Based on current form).....
Lloris will one day surpass Mehsillas imo.

Comparing every up and coming keeper who is still wet behind the ears to keeper has become GL's favourite past time it seems.
Iker is better for me. Both him and Lloris are reaction save guys and Iker is the best at that no contest.
Then of course you have the experience factor which Iker also wins. Lloris I think fills his goal better though not just because he's bigger than Iker but his stance makes himself look bigger.

what annoys me about both keepers is that, one stays on his line when he should run forward and make himself big while the other does exactly the opposite but at a time he should stay on his line(i am sure you can differentiate between the 2)
but i do agree lloris was one of the main reasons why lyon have found back to their form now

Yeah, Lloris is pretty good. Definitely a plus point for Lyon.

De Gea and Sczczczczczceny can be better than Lloris one day too (if they aren't already). Funny how that works.
Anyway Llrois is great but I think Iker is better, but I'm just a biased as hell fan boy so I wouldn't know.

I like Lloris quite a bit and I think on *current* form, I'd give Lloris an advantage over Casillas.

I don't watch Lloris very much, or at all, since I don't follow the French league or national team. However, as an outstanding GL member I feel qualified to compare him with a player I watch nearly every week and conclude that Lloris is indeed better than Casillas. My reasons: Casillas is better looking, richer and has better skills than me

How the hell is Lloris even compareable to Casillas who is a legendary goalkeeper? He isn't on a decline or anything and he had a brilliant WC campaign. Your comparing a GK who can single handely win games for a team, never have lost a final and many of them were games were he was simply brilliant.
Lloris toenail isn't even compareable to Casillas, Casillas excells at big games and that has always been his speciality imo
