Manuel Luis Pellegrini. He was brilliant with Villarreal and Madrid. Love his brand of football.

pellegrini hands down

brought villarreal up from relegation spot to a regular top four, (they are back down there now) did brilliant with madrid and is doing exceptionally well with malaga atm

Don't know if he's been mentioned yet but I feel Philippe Montanier is the most underrated manager around

The guy is all class and is so very very good at what he does

Christian Gourcuff for Lorient. Has less than zero resources and manages to develop talent and keep the team around the #10 spot every single year. They play a very attractive brand of football too...
