Watched No Time To Die, I thought it was better than Spectre but the plot was still all over the place and Rami Malek's performance as the villain was truly unconvincing.

My overall Daniel Craig ranking:

1. Casino Royale
2. Skyfall
3. Quantum of Solace
4. No Time To Die
5. Spectre

It's a movie that has been made 100 times with other actors. Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson plus few other doing basically the same movies over and over again. some humor and average action scenes and that's it.

Don't Look Up. I rate it B

A parody of modern society, it was a pleasant watch and interesting scenario. It's only halfway through i realized the metaphor presented by this film.

DiCaprio bizarre makeup he seems to be made of wax. My main critic: with all those great actors there was possibility to be much funnier and keep the message effective. If anything they should play on extreme emotions (as Click by Adam Sandler) i think the ironic tone makes it less memorable than it could have been

found it terrible... somebody needs to put a stop to Adam McKay. Everything i hate in a film - unmotivated, unfunny, overlong obnoxious, just throw together a bunch of big names so that people will watch it

McKay is a very good director. Big Short was a masterpiece and Vice was quite good even if carried by Bale though the big cast of Dont Look Up does seem to be another big cast cash-in to make what is a typically long film of his past its elasticity.

The Harder They Fall
2.5/5

Watched over two sittings with four days in between, and I still ended up browing Twitter for most of the 2nd sitting. Usually these days I'd just turn something off if I find it boring, but I guess I wanted to see Cherokee Bill's (LaKeith "superiority" Stanfield's) standoff with the foolish young boy on Nat's team, and also just to see how the movie ends. Has a few genuine good moments here and there, but overall standard style over substance "please look at me I'm important" drivel with this one. And look, I'm happy for Kid Cudi that he will get two Oscar nominations, and most likely a win for the song in Don't Look Up, but it's just a shame it came with two such movies.

Just watched Dune, I know so late, but god it was pretty bad... I know everyones got different tastes, but age being a factor, maybe Im too old or watched too many movies, n I never liked much the star wars n star trek stuff... dunno why, I love Sci-Fi, but not these types, they are so I dont how to describe, just stupid Razz Or too old school for me? Contradicting myself prolly, but I like more cool stuff, Dune wasnt cool at all Razz

A few nice scenes though, production n acting which was expected considering the class of ppl involved n the budget. Especially liked that poison release scene from the father.

Also the ratings in those big sites like imdb n RT must be bought or fake for a lot of movies, they dont make sense, not unless my taste is so bad or just different compared with everyone elses Razz

I am embarrassed to say I just saw American Psycho, what a move. It thought it was going to be a very gore and violent movie. But to my surprise it was funny, extremely quotable, and deeply smart.

9.0/10. That is a very high score for me, but I think it is that good.

American Psycho is great. I'm gonna rewatch it soon as I haven't seen it in a while.

I have to return some videotapes.
