And then Rubentini think they will muster anything.
Historical arguments hold no weight. 4 years ago Bayern fans used to think they are our bestia negra. Now, they think they are our bitch, and rightfully so.
They really do not Carthage indeed you are right as such stats are rather arbitrary and not reflective of much unless recent.
Just its a stat to fuel my rather petty agenda.

Atletico have not conceded a goal in their last 5 games.
Now THIS is a stat that is substantial.
Hope they go on to the final to meet the Metropolitano yet again.

Jjuve is such a joke of a club incredible
They keep their talisman on the bench in their only important game of the season so far in order to accommodate the 100m signing 34 years old CR
That doesn't mean that Dymbala isn't overrated btw

That didn't look like a foul to me. Ronaldo clearly reached for the ball there.
Let's see what the referee is going to say.

Freekick for Atlético. Got lucky there, that goal should've stood.

If only Juventus played with this mindset in the first leg. Defensive play without a springboard seldom works nowadays.
Higher up the pitch and quicker transitions suit them so much better. What a surprise.

Yes, definitely one of the things I hate about Allegri even though he's a fantastic tactician. His tendency to get conservative have time and time again failed him, and yet for some reason he keeps on blindly using it from time to time.
Look at them right now, they are murdering the living hell out of Atlético and have created a couple of very good chances, and I'm yet to see Atlético reach Juventus' half.
They should've played like this in the first leg.

This is typical Max, Carthage.
Builds up to fantastic ideas and even in attack. All works for a period of time with multi-layered ideas in his tactics until all of a sudden for NO reason he retracts back into his shell. His main weakness.

Spinazolla has worked fantastically today whilst CR roams all areas of the pitch.
Cristiano has turned into such a fantastic leader and for Juventus themselves. What a man.

Re: Round of 16 - Atletico Madrid vs Juventus
If this ends up 2-2 the worst thing Allegri can do is destroy the balance as he did in the 2nd game versus United with a defensive change.
To which he is very prone to do.

Juventus is absolutely killing Atlético now. If they ever need to score a goal, this would be the perfect time.

Re: Round of 16 - Atletico Madrid vs Juventus
He is a very good player indeed RG.
Very creative when in central areas though not being developed properly in Juventus to unleash his true qualities.
Huge player on a big game versus a strong opposition.
Agreed Carthage. Just tells you how toxic a defensive mindset can be in the stages of Champions League where decisiveness is key rather than caution.

Re: Round of 16 - Atletico Madrid vs Juventus
Mandzukic basically a none threat even if balls are not coming his way within the box as just like last game he was marshalled perfectly by Jimenez and Godin.
Juventus need a player who can drop deeper and take them out of their element rather than a physical player who will take players on just as scrappy as him to hope for a finish.
Higuain would be so perfect for Juventus tonight.
