Really surprised positively from Bayern . I thought they were done, probably this was the only year where I didn't rate them , old players, important injured players... yet they didn't even deserve to get knocked out. I suppose it is because of Heynckes. Shame they are going to take Kovac next year

No one likes Pool fans either so I guess we can like each other. We both essentially have the European 'eritage, can't win our respective leagues and both have likable managers.

The Bundesliga has gotten poorer overall. Its UEFA coefficient is now almost 6 points below Serie A and almost 8 points below the EPL. Not having competition in the league, e.g. winning 7-8 to zero in some games makes even one of the top teams in the world less competitive when meeting other top teams that have to compete hard week in and week out. It's the same with PSG.

Tbf Juve has won it the same number of times in the last decade as Barca has won La Liga (albeit consecutively). Yet people still think of La Liga as a competitive league

Heynckes truly did an amazing job. Still the biggest shame he wasn't allowed to build on his treble winning side.
