Prey 2, or at least a new Prey game, might be about to be announced at Bethesda’s E3 2016 Showcase.

That’s what two independent sources are saying. The first one is Kotaku’s Jason Schreier, who mentioned this in an article’s comments section.

All I’ve heard is that they’re announcing it at E3! I’m not 100% sure, though. I do know it’s codenamed Danielle and under development at Arkane Austin. And this is a totally new Prey 2 (it might even be called something else now), not the one we saw in 2011 from Human Head.

That same information appeared today on @aliennoire, the Twitter account of a Prey fan site.

@aliennoire first mentioned that development for Prey 2 (or whatever it will be called) had been handed to Arkane a long time ago. Prey 2, as you might recall, was in development at Human Head Studio before it was eventually canned; apparently, Bethesda did not like the direction and thus decided to let Arkane do something very different.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be delayed until 2017

There are a lot of rumors that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released this coming E3 2016. However, it seems lke this is not the case, according to some reports it seems that RDR 2 is set to be released this year around October, whist some are saying that it is delayed until 2017.

Previously Feinstein (Rockstar Games Senior Developer) told Express they are indeed working on 'Red Dead Redemption 2'. However Feinstein didn't share much about the game, in terms of spoilers, news, or even the title of the second leg of 'Red Dead Redemption'.

However a Reddit user by the name of AnonDN1978, has revealed that Rockstar has actually been working on the title for years now, which will called 'Red Dead Redemption 2: Legends of the West'.

AnonDN1978 also revealed some crucial information for the upcoming game, including its characters-sorry, John Marston is not coming back.

When it comes to the set of the upcoming 'Red Dead Redemption 2', the game will be 12 years prior to the first 'Red Dead Redemption'.

The main characters for the upcoming game are Irish and Seth, and one customizable character. Irish grew up in Ireland (the Irish name is not so creative huh?) and on his 21st birthday he ends up in America, whilst Seth grew up in Kansas City. Seth works in a bank but he wants his own treasure, the goal of the two main character is practically to look for the hidden treasure. Both characters will meet in Tumbleweed, Texas.

The third character is going to be your own creation, someone you can use during gang mode-oh yah, 'Red Dead Redemption 2' will have a multiplayer game mode which is much like a gang mode.

The customized character will be available as a gun for hire of sorts.

Since the game is said to be going through development for 3 and ½ years, it is safe to say that Rockstar might surprise us with the unveiling of 'Red Dead Redemption 2' will happen this year, most speculations point out to an October release date.

Recently, Strauss Zelnick (CEO of Rockstar) also told VG247.com that they only launch one franchise per year,

"We've launched one new successful franchise every year and I would like to keep doing that particularly because I talk about permanent franchises, but not everything is going to be a permanent franchise."

Despite the fact that game don't necessarily equate to franchise, Zelnick says the Red Dead Redemption is one,

"I pretty much know the ones that I can assure you are permanent. It's obvious that 'GTA' is a permanent franchise as long as we keep delivering this incredible quality; it seems quite obvious that 'Red Dead' is a permanent franchise, again with the same caveat, or 'Borderlands,' for example, and 'NBA' and others."
