It was bound to go bad at a club like Valencia with no prior experience in management and with no knowledge of the language.
Still think he will make a very good coach as he comes across as a really bright guy unlike his brother or even Giggs for that matter.

Deeply dissapointed but I can see that it was an understandable decision. Neville arrived at the worst time and his lack of experience definitely showed. But surely now one can say he's had some experience after this run. I think it's too early to call Neville a poor manager as he did get some results in. It's not like Valencia is a world beater team currently.

Not on any particular basis per se. Just on the general demeanor of the 2 basically.
Giggs appear like a yes-man and very dull honestly(again no proof of that).
But the main thing is eventhough it ended badly still Nev has at least some experience in coaching now, and he was brave enough to try this unlike a coward like Giggs who is refusin to take up any other job offers and somehow thinks he has some sort of a birthright to manage United's first team from the very onset. FFS the man has not even taken charge of our youth team or anything. He could have done that at least like Pep or Zidane now, if he dont want to go to another club. But this guy is somehow thinking he is above all that. Dont know why and how.
So as I said, only if its a direct choice between them 2, I will prefer Neville any day(without his brother though).

Mourinho, well lets see. Right now we fans will take boring football as a matter of fact. We are unfortunately in that sort of a situation were we dont have much choice. For us though the important thing is youth. Dont care if mourinho comes and employs shit on stick football (sadly) , However if mourinho comes and starts to neglect our talented youth prospects and starts to buy scrubs like Felipe Anderson or players like Pedro to function as squad players, then..... we will have a problem.
