Like not good compared to whom exactly? Our wide players barring him this season have been Micky, Mata, Rashford, Lingard and at a stretch Rooni. And thats for 2 positions on either flanks.

Apart from his attitude and effort in training Mou aint seeing anything more than what a normal fan does. Its clear as a day he is shitting on him not because of his performance on the pitch but because of other behind the scenes issues like his cnut agent's antics for one. Martial's sulking is also a reason. He's not realizing every individual is not the same and should be treated the same way. Martial had to go through a lot of personal problems this season at the beginning and he is a kind of a kid who needs an arm around his shoulder, not a  bollocking.

Feel like Suarez still has multiple years in him (only 30 after all) but wouldn't mind taking him as the heir to the throne.

Agree with this, i still think he can be good as a CF for someone.

It would take a bit of dent to his ego and accepting it though, because he might need to join a less fashionable team before moving on again.
