Re: SAS
So we need 10 more goals, in 10 more games from 2 players that are each averaging over a goal per game?
Should be exciting.

Re: SAS
Also the record partnership goal scoring tally in the Premier League is held by Newcastle's Andy Cole (34) and Peter Beardsley (21) at 55 goals.
So 14 more goals between them in 10 matches and they'll shatter every record.

The crazy thing about that is it was done in the 42 game schedule. Could you imagine if Suarez and Sturridge played 42 and 40 games respectively? In the current format the record holders are Drogba and Lampard with 51 having played 31 and 36 games.

I suggest everyone read the article.

I'd post it, but I'm finding it difficult copying the graphs/tables, which is what I wanted to show.

You could probably update the PL record too. They're going to break that one, too.

Re: SAS
Fair to say it's been a special season whether or not we win the title. I'm especially happy with how Sturridge has become a top striker with us. Suarez, he was always going to be great, Sturridge was a question mark that probably took most by a little surprise how well he has done. A special partnership.

Re: SAS
yes agreed after last season I was very curious how Studge performs, solely because most of the time they will play together. It is great a mental character to be out of shadow of another WC player and play your own game

Re: SAS
City
Arsenal
Chelsea
United
That's it, that's all the teams that have scored more than the 2 of them in more or less 30 games.

I hope that was the last game these c*nts performed like that, i mean after 2-0, I think they assumed that we are going to win the game once again like 5-0, who knows what was running through their mind but both did not pass to each other most of the times yday

Re: SAS
Yeah, that particular move he pulled on Tomkins, he's done it before and I don't doubt for a second that Luis's thinking is "it will be a hand ball or then I can get a shot off". It's not an accident, but there's also nothing wrong with it.
