Apparently you need the full link so:

Share on the video -> Copy to clipboard -> Open the link in a browser -> Copy full link from the browser and directly paste it here.

Instagram embed code is weird compared to others.

One way around is to use this site and post the URL (Not the code) and it will generate a new version of embedded code
