Season 1>Season 4>Season 2>Season 3.

This season was great but it got too soap opera-ish for me. The ending was great, all the episodes were great and so was the acting and most storylines. I loved how most major characters that are alive all showed up.

I didn't like him. He is supposed to be a charismatic New York governor but everything he says sound so forced. His one on one scenes with Frank is where I liked his performance a lot.
