The former isn't the best of players, to be honest, and wouldn't add anything that you don't currently have, he is a little bit overrated. As for Javi Martinez, well he has been one of the stand-out players in Spain, not just with Athletic Bilbao. He can operate as a central midfielder, and quality passing in his locker, and more often this season, he has operated as a centre-back, where he has been monstrous. I genuinely laughed at your reasoning and logic. Just because a player is a slow means that you shouldn't sign them, wow. It's clear that you haven't watched Martinez, otherwise you would want him at Real Madrid, because he offers better hold up play and passing than Khedira. There is a reason why you have been linked with him.

Javi has played most of the games as CB this season where is good and all. But in midfeild he will have the same problems like khedira, especailly against barca, where it is required to have agile midfeiders to stop the likes of ineasta/xavi/messi.

Although khedira has played ok the last game against barca.

We need someone like Vidal. i would rather spend 30m on him rather then these giants.

we need him for the sugnada league and then the first team as backup.

Yes, and I have acknowledged that, but that doesn't take away anything from the quality he possesses. He is an integral part of the Athletic Bilbao side, and one could argue that he deserves a chance with the national team. I disagree, he is nothing like Khedira at all, he's similar, but that's where the comparison starts and ends, to be honest. Martinez can walk in easily in any top team in the world and do well, that's how good I believe he is. Hos versatility can help when, say, the likes of Ramos and Pepe are out (for example). Martinez certainly brings about more calmness and composure than Khedira, and has a much, much better range. In addition to this, he doesn't rush things, and has a very strong personality on the pitch, he's a fantastic leader.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, only he best way. Vidal has been fantastic this season, and in my opinion he has been the best box-to-box midfielder in Europe, he's more well-rounded than most of his kind, if I'm being honest with you. However, he was only acquired last summer, hence Juventus will be reluctant to sell him seeing how has been a top performer. In addition to this, apparently, according to a few reports, he is a Juventus fan.

Well I was looking at soccermanager and I saw Boateng had an CM/AM position so I put him in LOL. I also forgot about Luiz Gustavo but clearly Bayern won't sell.

P.S Can you guys describe me Javi Martinez as a DM/CM cause I've only seen him as a CB ? Would he be a good choice for us ?

According to AS Mourinho wants 6 deparatures and 7 signings.

Possible departure: Lass, Albiol, Carvalho, Kaka, Altintop and a possibilty of Higuan leaving.

Possible arrivals: A goalkeeper to create competition for Casillas (Curtois is being considered), A new RB and a CB, A new CM/DM (Martinez the favourite) and a replacment for Di Maria in case he gets injured so a winger, A striker in case Higuain leaves (Aguero the possible choice)

Should get Vidal for 30mil if possible... Wouldn't swap with Higuain I don't think any WC CF like him is willing to sit on a bench. We all know how much he adds to the team
