Beşiktaş have signed Botafogo midfielder Nicolas Lodeiro on loan.

Lodeiro is expected to arrive in Istanbul tomorrow and undergo a medical before completing his loan move.

The Uruguay international has agreed to a five-month loan.

That's a really good question. Everyone knows we're heavily in debt, however I find it difficult to believe that all the money from player sales and the decrease in players' salary is going towards the debt. We've sold Fellype Gabriel, Andrezinho, Vitinho, Rafael Marques, and Hyuri while not having to pay Seedorf and Osvaldo's salary and the all the incoming transfers that I can think of have been free. I don't know if it's corruption or incompetence (or both) by the current management but them constantly crying poverty is a little hard to believe.
