Best way imo.

Ajax 3 at the back was about the left and right side being what we now know as fullbacks, not center defenders pushed out there.

A fullback must make tracks down the wing, its crucial. Some of them are not comfortable with the ball in those areas.

Its not just about them not being great going forward, they have to be comfortable in those advanced positions.

Not even joking, back to back promotion lol. Long balls are still a concern but i seem to score 3-4 per match.
