Cleverley has been better than Carrick ffs, hence why Carrick has been benched for a while. If Fergie had a fully fit squad the whole season, Carrick would only ever start in the LEague cup ffs.

Tom Cleverly couldnt get into the Center midfield of Wigan or England U-21 regularly last year.

EVen in the 3 games he played for United this season wasnt even tested properly due to injuries for opposition players.Bolton had Holden injured and Tottenham had Sandro injured and hence played without DM.Arsenal had their 4th choice DM making his debut.

To seriously consider and vote for him in a poll for best midfielders for Europe :facepalm:

The best CM in EUrope atm for me is Pirlo followed by Bastian then Xavi. Pirlo is literally Jventus atm, If he gets injured (God forbid) they will struggle. The smart Alec who decided it would be a good idea to let him go on a free is a fool. Milan have ironically become the architect of theri own downfall. Bastian has been imperious thi season, Xavi has been pretty poor by his standards probably because he is just getting to match fitness due to not doing anything this summer, against Athletico Madrid he was imperious.

No offense,he is a great player and one I would love to have at Barca but Xavi is in a league of his own.No one comes close.Its Xavi and then the rest.
