Is that Balo or Elia in this vid, its during training. Furthermore, i heard Balotelli name was mention in this name. Anyone can explain?

What there to Explain... They just said that Elia with his new haircut looks like Balotelli, they compare him and call him the "Balotelli of Juventus", for his skin color(Not rascim) and for his technical and Dribbling abilities.
