He's just way to good at dribbling, dances round every single player, all I could do was try to keep the ball off him, but I still don't know how to beat a player 1v1... so hard. LM does it like he's playing a 2 year old.

I'm seeing a lot of complaints about luck.

@LM You complain so much man. When you're winning the game is great and you're the man, when you're losing the game is all about "luck". What exactly are you guys finding so lucky/unlucky about this game?

The shooting? Your finishing?

@Kizz Playing a dribbler is not the most difficult thing, you just have to play them a certain way. Mostly all about mind games. If you feel you need some assistance, feel free to contact me as well. I can't reveal all my secrets on the forum.

I still think this game is 100 percent about patience. When taking a lead you guys should attempt to apply some defensive tactics and try to keep possession. I think part of it is that we all get so nervous towards the last few minuets. I find this to be more annoying with the computer than it is when playing online.

When I first started playing 12 with the FIFA 11 mindset I became very frustrated very quickly
But if you can become a patient player, you will thrive at this game

Tbh its a mixture of the wrong tactics and just experience. I've played under 10 games online, while you guys have played many more. I will improve, but for now its pretty difficult playing LM. I was lucky to beat you too, though I did defend well then.

The thing with this game is, its not tailored at all to my past strategy. I used to play all the time with Barca or other teams who were worse but I could make use a similar strategy. Ridiculously high-press and win the ball back quickly. 2 players always to the ball carrier. In this I believe its more tailored to patiently sitting back.

LM was beating me 4-0 at half time. Then I decided to change my defending to a more calm, just let him run at me and keep going back style and he beat me 4-1 in the end. Problem is then I decided to play with Barca because I thought that was who I was best with... I tried my old tactics again, and he slaughtered me again. Messi was beating every player on the field lol.

Hopefully I've learned my lesson now. Just be patient and jockey him the whole way, then as I improve at the game... Soon I'll level with him

Everyone is used to the mass press fest that was FIFA 11. I've found that standing off and maintaining position works best. Your CMs then come in and help out, or maybe your fullbacks. You can't rush forward your CBs anymore else they leave huge gaping holes, as it should be.

It's all about positioning and patience. I find it great since I'm used to that approach. But then again, I play mostly Bayern

Anyone find an use for the X button? The longer range tackle, is what I mean. Most of the times I frack up and am left raped. Would rather risk it with a real tackle, since if I miss it, I most likely at least end up stopping the opposing player with a foul.

Will only be playing single player from now on until I dramatically improve in this game.

Just noticed I honestly don't find playing online fun at all. All it really does is trigger the rage deep down in my soul lol.

I smashed my control for miss placing a pass against LM yesterday

This game causes me to rage uncontrollably, which is why iam posting atm to calm down

you guys should try playing it with a keyboard,its even more relaxing
