This is related to us since Roma too are building a new team. I watched the game and saw how they played, and so should Juve fans who cares about tactics too have done. This thread is good, as it starts the debate whether or not this is luis enrique's fault or not. I do not like Totti and a player nor person, and so i find it very inappropriate that a club hires a new coach, but limits his abilities by disallowing him to take out Totti whenever he does not delivers. Roma had a good game today - they made lots of chances for themselves, but the result came unfair and this is something we could experience in the near future aswel. It proves how important hard work and true leadership is when you want to win. If ADP was the same person as Totti I would back up Conte 100% and put ADP in the bench.

Not in terms of quality, but I saw the same mentality and good tendencies in their game today.. One year from now they will play very beautiful offensive football, and 5 years from now they could end up like Barca if their talents prove their assumed potential true..

I dislike managers trying to turn their team into a carbon copy of another one. It's okay taking things from several clubs and learning from clubs as many managers do. But, copying a club is not the way to go.
The manager should try to be a bit more original.

It's gonna be hard for Roma because they have a new team aswell but unlike Juventus some of the players they brought in are much younger (Lamela,Bojan & Pjanic) & lack a level of discipline...to make matters worse Luis Enrique is a good coach for SPANISH FOOTBALL!!!

Far too early to be talking about failure.
This is a season of transition for us. For cohesion. If any of you had been paying attention while we were bringing in all of these players, you'd have noticed that none of us think we'll win anything this year. We don't expect the scudetto, Europe or even the Coppa Italia.
Results are not the end all be all here this season. It's next season when stuff like that will come into play.
This the season for the team to learn to play together under LE's system. Evolution has never been quick. It's slow and gradual.

True. My choice of words came wrong.. You cannot call Roma a failure just yet.. But please tell me what the ambition is this year, then.. I mean.. You can't spend an entire year on getting used to a system? Roma should aim for CL, right? Great play today btw.. Cagliari was VERY lucky with those two goals, itøs a shame cause Roma played well i think

The one thing about Conte i love is that he said that he will learn from Barca Man Utd but NOT copy their game because everybody is unique somehow.
