Nasri to City Official
Arsenal can confirm that they have agreed terms for Samir Nasri to move to Manchester City.
The 24-year-old midfielder, who has spent three years with the Gunners, has been omitted from Arsenal's squad which flies to Udinese this afternoon and instead will travel north for a medical.
The move will be subject to Nasri passing a medical and formal registration processes.

Why the *bleep* Arsenal always sells their players right before a big game. Well nasri can go and *bleep* himself.

Re: Nasri to City Official
He just pissed away his international career.
To make the front 3, he has to fight Tevez, Aguero, Dzeko, and Balotelli and Johnson. (maybe even Silva)
To make the midfield 3, he has to fight Yaya Toure, De Jong, Barry, Milner, and Silva.
Have fun.

This is Wenger and the board doing .....if we don't make the champions league its their fault, don't blame the players.

at least wenger can now regroup the squad. m so happy this transfer is on. arsenal must not be a feeder club but excel with players that have the team at heart. those who search for glory should leave coz the club has been there for 125 years and no1 is bigger than the club. the only mistake would be letting wenger go.

Very good player having potential to be a WC player!!!! But Bye Bye son have a good time finding a spot in the starting 11.
It was the right thing to let him go, I think when he would have asked wenger not to play him on Wednesday wenger must have thought THATS IT!!!!!!

Nah... he demanded 120k per week salary and, if met, would've signed the extension. The negotiations were dropped at that point. Arsenal couldn't meet his wage demands.
Nasri was only going to bring down the wage demand if the club had adequately replaced Cesc and made serious transfers. That didn't happen.
Not defending or condemning Nasri. Just saying that this was all about money and/or the chance to win trophies. Loyalty was never in play here.

thats the point...i am trying to make, it not entirely his fault.
He got offered a better deal elsewhere and a chance to play in the champions league and also challenge for trophies. so you can't blame him at the end of the day
The board should take the blame here....Nasri and Clichy's deal should have been sorted donkey's ago but they were to busy saying we will deal with it at the end of the season.
any *bleep* could see that it was an excuse being used to run down their contract so they can see what's being offered elsewhere.
our board are real plonkers

Re: Nasri to City Official
Well, the less money whores we have, the less. But I'm all for raising that silly and now outdated salary cap in order to attract top talent.
Yeah, even if it means killing off a lot of our youth, we have plenty of that now. Most of those guys are only salary drainers since they'll never make it big, anyways.
So... when will I wake up with good news?

Well this is all good news for the board, they are making money, the season has not started and Arsenal have a profit of over 60 millions, thats what we good at.

Re: Nasri to City Official
If Arsenal does not spend 90% of the 60 million, i'm personally going to stop watching the games until i hear that the board is serious about trying to win... no point in putting more monies in their pockets.
