Though, there's no denying it was a good one, tobad he didn't do many last season eh? As for him pushing forward, speed does not always work. Once again Maggio is still better at it, sadly for you.

When Abate doesn't get assists- he is a defensive full back, that isn't his game at all.

When Abate gets an assist- look at what a good crosser of the ball he is, look how good he is going forward.

Why can't I praise him for doing well against a youth player? You praise Vidal and Pirlo after playing well in the frakking TIM Cup.

Also 'tobad' is two words and the first word has two o's.

Another game, another assist from a cross

Failed cross. He didn't meant it.

He meant to cross for header but failed and crossed it to to 13m and in bad angle, good for him Boateng scored that, 2nd assist in his Milan carrer in a friendly, and 2nd accidental one

Abate was not even marked properly when he had the run, so he had a lot of open space, his cross was not meant to be a cross as you said, it went to Boateng, which once again Boateng WAS NOT MARKED, and had a great volley. Credit goes to our bad defense, Abate gets little credit for that cross. Two bad crosses as you stated, shame.. shame.

Nothings wrong with abate. He had a solid game today. Hes pretty good, maybe future italy rb. Hes improving so fast. He gets so much hate here ONLY because of Milan overhype. Better than Maggio? At what exactly?

Abate has been named the best rb twice in a row? And sorry but the only thing Abate has over maggio in that list is speed.

Do you know what's the best thing about sitting back watching Juventus fans be petty and childish? Seeing them argue our own point about the misuse of statistical analysis, something they then constantly fall back on.

Abate is still a defensive right back, what we object to are over-simplifications of his game and the complete lack of context in which opposition arguments are made.

Apparently however "he's average" is an explanation in itself. It's nice to know that football is a game of simple addition. I'd love to see these people actually manage a football club and nurture talent.
