The Brazilian hot-shot is widely expected to join Real Madrid in a deal worth €45 million, with the date of of the move's completion the only real question.
Barcelona are the other club who have been strongly credited with an interest in the 19-year-old this summer, but the Santos president has now revealed there are other interested parties, while stressing the gifted forward will not leave in this transfer window.
"He will not leave before January of 2012. But is not just [Jose] Mourinho's club who are interested," Luiz Ribeiro told Onda Cero.
"There is also Barcelona, Juventus, Chelsea and PSG. But it is normal, considering he is a great player.
"In any case, I will only negotiate him in 2012."
Chelsea came close to signing Neymar last summer, but the player turned down a move to Stamford Bridge as he planned to get more experience in Brazil before moving to Europe.
PSG are leading this summer's transfer charts, with over €82m spent, and are now looking to add put the player beside Javier Pastore, whom they signed for €42m earlier this month.
