At times his movement is excellent, he has some skilla nd can do tricks to get balls in to set up other players. But he looses posession far too often and he is really slow at turning with the ball to get a shot or pass off.

Dont think we will tbh, you will probably want allot of money for him. He will probably want CL football.

I think Mon will be relatively happy with our defence and midfield. But will want to bring his own upfront players in. Gyan will be sold and I think Ji & maybe Wickham will go out on loan.

Frazer can play in midfield also so we will keep him. Then bring 1 or 2 new forwards in.

If Bendtner was one of those I would be pretty happy, plenty of different options.

the price won't really be a problem cause we got him for free, so anything over a million will be profit lol. But the problem is his wages, which are i think 50-60k p/w

Ah well, lets see what happens. Its nice to see him scoring goals and helping u guys

I was really impressed with you guys against Man City. Good job. Don't watch you guys much but some really nice plays and goals, I daresay you outplayed em' to be honest. Keep it up!

P.S. Sessegnon is absolute class.

Sad No more Seb or Richardson for rest of season. Suppose its for the best though with nothing to play for now. Ensures they are back ready for pre season and Seb will be ready for Euros.

Suppose it gives us a chance to play some more fringe players and maybe give the odd youth a game.

Could be Meylers chance to get back in the side and impress MoN.

Neutral Well it was quite a crappy season

With MoN at the helm I am more optomistic about next season. Be intresting to see what players he brings in and lets go.

The only ones I really want to keep are O'Shea, Sess. Colback & McClean. Maybe Larsson but I think MoN will want some one more pacey on the wing.

I dont actually think the rest of the squad is too bad, espechially midfield and defence. Its our fowards that have been dire. Hopefully a couple of signings will rectify that.

heres a cool pic from yesterdays game.

Went to watch Sunderland play Morecambe tonight.

My first game of the season, it was a good opportunity to see Johnson and Fletch make their debuts.

Only cost £12 a ticket which was quite decent value. I know it was a lower league side but Johnson had a very impressive debut.

He kept switching wings with McClean, and Seb also switched at times. It was confusing to watch but worked really well. I wouldn't like to be a defender trying to mark them.

Sess was a beast as always, but Fletch had a quiet game.

Even though McClean got the goals and AJ was impressive my MOTM was probably Colback. Doesn't get much credit but he works so hard and is neat and efficient in everything he does. Hes the CM Liverpool should of bought instead of Henderson, a much better player. He will play a big part this season for us.

Mad The night was let down by one thing though. Me and the m8 I went with decided to walk into town instead of driving so we could have a few beers.

Evil or Very Mad Im really lazy and never walk, I always drive. So by the time I got into town I was knackered. We only had time for one pint before the game so when I came out after FT I was looking forward to having a few more.

Entering the pub I noticed a 6 foot fella wearing a dress affraid

 We forgot Tuesday night was gay night in Sunderland and all the transvestites etc were out in force.

Evil or Very Mad So we walked home and didn't get to have another drink. I couldn't even stomach a kebab.

lmaoo

Looks like you had a great time Very Happy

About the match. I heard a lot of praise for McClean and AJ but nothing much on Colback, however not a surprised since he goes underrated a lot as you said. Worked as hard as ever against us as well 2 weeks ago.

Did you play anyone from the youth team btw ?

No we didn't play anyone from our youth team. It was pretty much a full strength team.

Players needed the game time after Saturdays game being called off.

Chuffed to be with Sess signing a contract extension, almost as good as signing a new player.

I expected us to do the typical Sunderland thing and sell him during the summer. Improve the squad by signing Johnson then weaken it by selling Sess.
