Behind every "super" agent there is some shady business.

The top three powerhouses:

1: Kia Joorabchian

This guy have some serious connections and done some serious wheeling and dealing. He is not even a liscensed agent to start with.

He started of as a broker in New York and did some sort of inside deal for a russian newspaper wich he later sold to one of Russia´s richest men. Later he moved in to football...

He beginned with buying Corinthians, reshaping the club and made 500% increased profit first year, signing players like tevez, macherano and domingues. Winning them the title before the brazilian goverment started putting out warrants for Kia´s arrest because of shady financing, wich led to abandoning Corinthians and moving on with his company MSI (Media sports investments)

Buying ownership in various other players such as Ramires (were 6M of the 17M transfer ended up in his pocket..), tevez, mascherano. MSI is also speculated to have people like Abramovich and oligarch Boris Berezovsky as partners.

Nowadays he is the the "sporting advisor" of Newcastle

2: Pini Zahavi

Touted as the first "super agent" this guy don´t only deal with players but he also sell entire football clubs. Being involved in various big deals, most notable brokering Chelsea FC to Abramovich.

He have an amazing contact network and been a personal friend of SAF since the late 80ies. He was the main influence of bringing foreign players into the EPL. Quote Zahivi himself:

"In England, as I was emerging," Zahavi explained, "there were managers who did not know anything about European players. You couldn't even find the results of European leagues in the papers. It was a desert island and they couldn't care less about the world game. I was able to help change attitudes."

He also beein involved the takeover of Pourtsmouth, The tapping up of A.Cole from arsenal to chelsea. Some of Chelseas major singing as Drogba, cech etc..

3: Mino Raiala

Sold Zlatan 4 times since 2004 now and was also behind transfers such as Rijkaard from sporting to ac milan, Dennis Bergkamp, Nedved from lazio to juve and robinho from man city to ac milan. Not to mention the ridiculus transfer fee man city payed for another of Mino´s client, Mario balotelli.

Raiola has been a great asset to Milan. It was his wheeling and dealing which gave us Ibra, Robinho, Van Bommel and soon Balotelli

You cant forget Jorge mendes, Mourinho, Ronaldo, nani, Coentrao, De Gea, Carv etc.. Agent. The guy is pulling some serious strings, pretty sure he has a reserve parking spot in the bernabeu now lol

Anyways, I had only known Kia Jorobochian as Tevez' agent and head of MSI, but I had no idea he was also the former owner of Corinthians, that he was behind selling Caroll for 35M and that there's a warrant out for his arrest. Very informative.

Yea and Zahivi is the same caliber or even bigger. should defo read about both guys on wikipedia if interested
