No wonder J cole is so unfit

i was always wondering why he looks knackered after every sprint, mouth wide open & arms on his hips,
but now i've just read that apparently he is (was) a smoker

no photo evidence, but apparently its a strong rumour from back then.
if thats the case then i'm shocked by this.
its true that some footballers do smoke (even if no professionnal footballer should do it), but from him especially (given his level since his here and the wages he keeps on collecting) it woud be really disapointing.
and with age catching up and the recquierements of his style, that would be the reason of his poor fitness.

had anyone else heard that rumour?
or if thats not true, what do you reckon could be the reason of him being so unfit?

I read that he became a father last year and because of that pressure he fsiled to give due concentration on his fitness regime.Not sure how exactly true this is.

If he was a smoker, It explains the consistent panting 1000000%.

Disgraceful that Joe Cole has travelled to Russia and Pacheco not.

Pacheco gets 2 goals and 2 assists in last reserve game, chasing down and helping his fullbacks around 80th minute, while Cole is out o breath after 5 minutes.

BR will be playing Henderson, Shelvey, and Cole as the midfield three since we want to rest the starters. Pacheco is not a midfielder so really your little rant is out of place.

^ joe cole a midfielder??!! A midfielder is supposed to MOVE, PASS, PRESS, and RUN. Joke Hole does none of that. He played in the same position on Swansea game that Pacheco did in WBA game the earlier round. I don't need to compare the performances.

Maybe Cole traveled and Pacheco didn't BECAUSE Pacheco featured in a U21 game not more than two days ago? Ever consider THAT possibility?
