We have no idea how much he is training at the moment. THe press is only allowed a specific amount of time during trainings to watch the players and that's it...

My guess is that he might be more advanced than the media lead us to believe. we will see.

The only player in our squad who can make a mind blowing defense splitting throw ball ......Yes i dont rate ozils throw balls that highly,he can improve alot in that aspect.

Alonso can but he is too slow and deep hence oppo players cut his passing line easily.We need players who can move with the ball while being pressured and make a defense splitting pass,and only Sahin is capable of it in madrid.Ozil despite his amazing close control and creative mind still has to improve alot in throw ball accuracy.

Also messi imo isnt on xavi level,messi plays alot closer to goal hence he might have more assists and more number of throw balls but talking about quality xavi edges it by a little.

Xavi plays deeper so he is going to showcase a lot more range than messi, but that's about it. Messi is deadlier than he is, and the curve balls he plays sometimes are one of a kind.

Cesc is sharper than Iniesta when it comes to playing through balls as well i think.

Messi is deadlier because he horizontally accelerates and makes confusion to defenders,xavi has very limited mobility compared to messi hence a lot tougher ,not to say he is alot deeper.

If both are allowed to make a throw ball while not moving xavi's will be better than messi ,me think.

Messis passing has improved this year. I think he is the deadliest passer at the moment. He can also attract alot of defenders against him and then give a killer pass to someone with more space.

It's scary how fast this guy improves.
