which sadly is not going to happen this season. Fans wanting instant change in fortunes of course are going to end up disappointed and will blame INEOS for being 'more of the same'. At the same time though, I am kind of bemused at some of the prices they are demanding for mediocre players. That is the only criticism I have of them at this point in time. Its true that other Prem clubs are casually raking in 30 mil for random academy graduates, but there may be many different factors contributing to that. Now fans may argue that finally we have owners who wont cave in and sell players for peanuts. But that I am afraid is only applicable to players who other teams find value in which in our case are only very few.

Lets take McTominay for example. United want 30 mil for him which in isolation is a kind of a fair deal considering he contributes clutch goals for both club and country. But if we take that away what is he, a nothing player who hides from ball and doesnt know to pass it forward. Everyone knows that however differently you dress it up. Even lower league teams wont find any value in a player like that for that kind of money. Also, the stock of these United -players under years of mismanagement and on insanely disproportionate salaries is at their all time low now, also taking into account their last season's pathetic showing. McTominay atleast in that case is at a relatively better standing than some of the other duds.
Them asking 15 million for a 32 year old Casemiro who is also the highest earner at the club after the shit stain of a season he had last year is pure madness.
Same with Sancho. Who in their right mind would pay 50 mil for a fairweather man child who can only play well against shitty defenders. Sometimes these guys need to take the L, fucking sell and move on.

By being unnecessarily adamant they are not only depriving the team of much needed strengthening, at the same time they are making it weaker with so many deadwood who will once again significant amount of game time this season. Its understandable that they dont have to money to spare without selling (Thanks Glazers for that). But atleast accepting a 20 mil for mct and relieving us of casemiro's huge wages might open the door for a Mazzroui in defense or a Rabiot or Sander Berge in midfield. Instead, come matchday 1, we will once again field for yet another fucking season, a backline consisting of Lindelof, Evans, Maguire and Wan Bissaka with Casemiro as DM.

Same old transfer saga drags on daily, basically its like the TV Series, needing fillers on daily shows cos everybody wants news everyday, n transfer happens in only one day hence nothing to see until Aug 30th lol...

Sancho to PSG on loan, Ugarte to United on loan with an option for both teams

sell Mctominay for 20M to Fulham, that's pure profit, sign Rabiot as his replacement on a free

I'm fine with keeping Bissaka or we can explore a swap deal with Dumfries per rumours

then look for another loan with an option on a CB or buy a cheap one for 15 mil, how we cant get rid of Lindelof is crazy to me

PSG wont agree option to buy for Ugarte even if give Sancho. They somehow think more teams are on the table for him Wonder who they are. Its mad I mean they have like 5 or 6 midfielders whom Enrique would ideally start ahead of Ugarte and yet the pricks want what they paid for him last year. Woodward/Murtough would have agreed to meet their demands though. Glad INEOS is standing firm and moving on. If we are still interested we can get him for half the price next summer when his valuation obviously will drop. If some imaginary team somehow comes with a 60 mil offer before that and snatch him, very well then.

Re McTominay totally, just sell him for 20 and get someone on cheap. Sander Berge who I think would be a shrewd signing would defo be an upgrade on Casemiro right now. Even Fofana wouldnt be a bad idea. We also will have Collyer who looks decent to fill that role eventually.

Never thought I'd say this to Man U, but I feel ur pain lol... even though I love watching it continue XD Its so bad that Casemiro who looked so good for Real looks so shit together in that mess XD That back line, then signing useless strikers that Ten Hag saying he might play Sancho as a striker XD N all this with Ten Hag continuing on XD It just doesnt get any better lol

Id say Olmo is a Flick/Deco transfer while Laporta wants Nico because he thinks its more of a "star" signing

Is it a dumb signing? Very likely due to his injury history. But I also think he'd perfect for Flick's direct and vertical style of play. What we also have to consider is that Gundogan probably can't play every game due to his age, Pedri and Gavi are still young and have been plagued by injuries, Fermin and Torre are decent but not first team material. And also - depth. Olmo can play RM,CM, LM, LW, AM and he seems very professional. If he stays injury free this should prove to be a decent signing.

La Liga watchers is Mario Hermoso still decent? apparently we're talking to him since he's available for 'free'...goddamn I would literally welcome anyone so I don't have to see Lindelof/Maguire/Evans playing next season. Good back up, absolutely not starter material. Will get eaten alive by the likes of Haaland and Toney and co. He is a massive thug too and could easily cause a penalty with reckless defending. He was much better when he played for Espanyol

Yehh i aint even getting my hopes up, he's definitely not even going to listen to any offers even if he's transfer-listed. Who would on that contract? Can't blame him.

I'm not convinced by Hojlund and Zirkzee to produce the goals like that, I think we will struggle there this season unless Rashford suddenly remembers how to be a footballer (I also expect Rashford to dropped as a rotation player early on in the season tbh)

I dont actually think we would sign Rabiot, he would expect to be a starter

anyway, its an improvement on last season but again I expect we will struggle massively for goals again
