I was critical of him before Harmonica started claiming that he was pro Madrid. The guy clearly likes to be the center of attention, and I can't tell that Real Madrid have ever been favored in the grand scheme of things as a result of that tendency. I still remember a time when Messi got off scot free for some type of antics (Firenze referred to him as a rent boy), and CR was red carded for similar behavour around the same time by Lahoz. Doesn't make sense to me that Perez would support his presidency based on his officiating, though I suppose him becoming president of the technical committee would mean that he would no longer act as a referee in the traditional sense hmm

I don't even know why he wants a raise. He's hardly done anything positive for the league ffed up the golden era of the league. Don't even know why the other clubs like him. We seem to be the only club that opposes him. He'll become another Putin at this rate.

He got them desperately needed money with CVS deal and now he’s asking them to pay for it! I think other club is either Bilbao or Oviedo. He will now be paid more than UEFA and FIFA heads! Just mind blowing!

His job is supposed to be marketing the liga yet he has done none of that. I would suggest there is less interest in la liga than before he took charge. He has constantly criticized other ligas and rich clubs esp Real Madrid and Barcelona. Yet he fails to recognize that the attraction to la liga is clearly driven by Real Madrid and Barcelona. The irony is all the other clubs use the money from cvs to be able to play games and share revenues against Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Barca btw are the biggest hypocrites. Cry that Tebas is pro Madrid yet kiss his ass when push comes to shove. We are the only club that has remained against him from the start but no other club is standing with us. Well done, soon you'll have Lahoz as the head of the refereeing comittee and probably Rubiales making a comeback somewhere. Yuck!

Its clear we lack pace at the back bar Araujo. Cancelo has pace but he cant defend much I think, so I would be happy with a 5 at the back, 3 CBs cos Araujo can cover for Cancelo vs Vini, not to mention also Bellingham. Romeu is even slower than Busquets which is terrifying lol... N just leave Ferran up top n be the clown or punching bag for Rudiger XD Try n hold out the midfield a bit I guess....

Even if we lose 0-3 I would happy for real.... ffs we are so depleted n far behind atm....

Calm down with the hysteria lol, Barca will be fine.

El Clasico matches tends to be always close affairs no matter how many injuries teams have, obviously Real has an advantage in terms of available players but we also badly lack fire power up front.

No real top quality strikers mean Vinicius and Rodrygo will be tightly marked, Benzema used to open up so much space for the wingers with his movements, we don't have that anymore so it's gonna be tougher for them, even against a depleted Barca defense.

Will this be the worst Classico in recent memory? Star power of both teams is not what it used to be. The game might be great but I'm speaking in terms of suspense.

In the last 10-15 years, Classico used to be an all out war between some of the greatest players of all time.

More ref hype now than the players themselves.

True we are not much nowadays especially due to injuries, but Real are still loaded with stars imo? Vini n Bellingham alone makes them elite. Rodrygo is very underrated n hes top... the midfield is strong... but thats the area we might hope to control as we mostly managed to do in the past since technically we are better there. But depending on who Carlo puts out n the fact that we are depleted im guessing we will lose out there also...

Lastly I just dont see how physically we wont get smacked this time lol, both for power n pace. Im especially looking forward to Rudiger beating up Ferran n Bellingham n co. running circles around Romeu, n us losing possession endlessly...
