"Roots of Evil" is my favourite album of his, perhaps because I really liked the Mafioso theme of the mid-late 90s. Papoose first caught my attention on this one.

I still remember first hearing "Through The Wire". Not many tracks have left me with such an impression.

I first heard him on a Ja Rule track around 2002, but then he finally got to releasing some regular material and I remained a follower.

Bash me all you want but I agree with Ali. Jay Z and Wu Tang Clan are overrated. Don't get me wrong, I really like their music (I posted two of Jay Z's songs here) but I don't rate them as high as most people do. Jay Z, some people argue is the greatest of all time, that's just wrong. He is awesome but he is not as great as he is hyped up. He not be in my top 10, but at the end of the day it's just different people's opions. I don't think Ali was deserved to be bashed like this, he was just stating his opinion.

And about Wu Tang Clan, Protect Ya Neck and C.R.E.A.M are one of my favourite songs of all time and I like their music a lot but the really are overrated. Whenever someone says who is the best rap group of all time, Wu Tang Clan is the common answer. N.W.A, Public Enemy and Run DMC>WU Tang Clan. These three REVOLUTIONIZED HIP HOP, without them hip hop would not be where it is today.
