So, basically,

- Brighton have a free kick, Mason blows his whistle to resume play
- Dunk takes a quick free kick and scores
- Mason blows his whistle again and tells them to retake it
- 30 seconds later, Mason changes his mind and awards the goal
- VAR then gets involved to
- Mason then re-disallows the goal, and tells Brighton to retake the freekick


Its seems VAR told Mason that the ball didn't cross the line when Mason blew his whistle the second time
