Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
agreed - traore or caputo one i believe was no offside ; also any player not interfering w/ the ball is not offside right? we have seen like players doing that a lot. anyway Sassuolo deserved draw, taking nothing anyway from Napoli they played better and had more possession but referee was really piss poor.

still not sold out on Lautaro - seriously believe if Lukaku have a better partner he would have scored more and be alongside ronaldo or immobile. not bad in a first season.
sanchez meanwhile been a bit better but nothing compared to a player he was in Arsenal. i saw the news that inter have asked sanchez to take a paycut if he wants inter stay ; lets see how much he cares XD

Lautaro after lockdown wasn't the player watched on first half of season - perhaps even the Barca's rumours have caused troubles to him... but on first season he was also able to create chances for Lukaku. Lukaku gave his best also thanks to him
That Sanchez never will be back again , but he's still a good player for Serie A level.
I think the agreement about salary is not problem, we agree on dividing the whole salary on 3 years ( 7.5 - 7.5 , 7.5) , real problem is to agree with Manchester United.
We're rivals for Europa League and so they don't want to leave him to us now.

To be honest you rather cut ties with Sanchez and go for someone younger and hungrier. Sanchez has lost all his drive and motivation.

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Motivation in England surely
He needed to chang air, he's found new proper dimension at Inter under a manager who rates him . Then I suppose even the playing closer to the goalpost helps him..
His attitude is good, he's ideal as 3rd CF, different profile compared with Lukaku and Lautaro so it means we need exactly to this profile . Complementary.

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Per milannews.it terms was agreed with Szoboszlai who was waiting for Milan to make a decisive move. Stefano Pioli has signed a new deal instead of Rangnick hence leaving it in doubt.
Seems club has told agent that they no longer want to complete the signing of his client - fk ! if szoboslai goes to EPL or spanish club and becomes a success i will never forgive this management. fact that dominic turned down everyone and waited for us only to be told we dont want u ! what a d.. k move
we will see how or who our club goes after this summer instead of szoboszlai - only way that can be justified is if milan make tonali like signing ; nothing will convince me otherwise that this management *maldini and massarai will bring our club down big time - 40 games 12 goals 18 assists no brainer signing -
on the same note, lokomotiv wants laxalt - and is willing to add Alexei Miranchuk in the deal - whom both miranchuk twins are one of the best midfielders - and apparently milan has turned this down too!
omfg.... what a fk up! i will be pissed if we go after some average players

he doesnt really give me impression that he is a thread though, lukaku meanwhile totally is. i understand though he was distracted but it was more lukaku feel who does a lot of work than lautaro,
so atm at manutd he earns 12 million right? so is it that atm u guys are paying half and manutd half?
even if it is 7.5 for 3 years that is a hecka lot for a player whom is likely to play a sub role in inter not a regular...

i agree - i mean if he wanted to play he would have left manutd earlier. he was happy earning what he earned at utd without requesting for a transfer

roma fiorentina is hot!
dayum caceres w/ acrobatic diving block on dzeko ! miki hitting the post ;
lol and is it me or that zaniolo got even better after injury
and i dont get what iachini is doing - playing chiesa as a wingback he is so better playing a forward ; doesnt need to have him track back its a waste for him to go back and then run his ass off

samp look threatening but again juve w/ some very individual quality getting the much needed goal

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
juve won even when they were sucking ; shows that some individuals (ronaldo, dybala,) single handedly won them scudetto ; no offense.
lol and paratichi almost sold dybala to inter or abroad
anyway enjoy juve guys ; shows that still has rest of teams has lot to do to outdo them on quality level

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Handful of players deserve praise (in no particular order):
Ronaldo - wouldn’t be in the top 4 without him
Dybala - flourished under Sarri after being almost frozen out by Allegri (people like to forget)
De Ligt - took a few games to get going and the awful handball rule in Italy targeted him most but without him, we actually sucked defensively. What a player. What a signing.
Bentancur - really matured this season. Easily the best midfielder under Sarri. Not hard with the competition but the guy played very well, had great energy, moved the ball the most. Still needs to mature and clean up his decision making but he should be a solid player for years.
Cuadrado - usually a joker of the Allegri squad, a real wildcard but for Sarri he was very consistent and at right back even.
Rabiot - post COVID this guy was immense. He actually had actions and moments of looking world class. Can he do it for a full season though? If so and this wasn’t a flash of form then all juventini are happy as can be.
Flops
Alex Sandro
Pjanic
Bernardeschi
Ramsey
Rugani
Most don’t really require explanation on this list.
It’s more of a scudetto lost by others than won by Juventus but as it was won by Juventus it’s thanks in large part to Ronaldo, who was beyond influential.
I’m not super impressed by Sarri but I also don’t fault him. This squad needs work and there were a lot of question marks coming into the season, and still now that the season is done. The midfield still sucks. There’s a ton of deadweight. And the teams in Serie a are getting better each year

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Sczezsny deserves a mention surely
Confirmed to be the best GK of Serie A by far
And given decisive points, if Juve don't lose It against Sassuolo but tied it (and a loss would have been heavy at that moment) it is because of him

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Dybala and Ronaldo - far ahead as our best players of the season. Ronaldo is breaking scoring records for us and Dybala plays incredible football this season. These two benefited so much from Sarri
Szczesny, De Ligt, Bonucci - these 3 come next imo. Post covid Bonucci has been a bit of a mess but for 80% of the season he was a monster. Prime Bonucci. De Ligt is ridiculously good for a young CB. After the rough start and getting benched by Demiral he settled perfectly, amazing talent. Szczesny like Robes says completed a very good defensive core (pre covid), best season yet.
Bentancur and Cuadrado - Cuadrado is just too useful as always. Now he is a great right back, the man can do anything. Bentancur flourished into a real player, our most consistent mid and a staple of the team now.
Rabiot - honorable mention to Rabiot for looking like our best mid (yes, better than Pjanic and Bentancur) after covid. Extremely unfit and unsettled to start the season, iirc he was frozen out of PSG for like a year. Now he looks amazing, let's hope it continues.

Alex Sandro
Bernardeschi

Matuidi is the worst regular in the team, but this is expected

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Our least convincing scudetto in recent years
Except for the obvious 5-6 names who carry us and a few likeable figures this squad is not worthy of Juventus. Especially in midfield we lower our standards so much. The management really needs to wake up.

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
AC Zlatan Ibrahimovic 4 - 1 Sampdoria
Goalscorers: Ibra, Ibra, Hakan, Askildsen, Leao
- 2 goals, 1 assist by ibra ; w/ ibra this team was completely under control and should have had more in half time; second half up until ibra was on the pitch looked like could have had more goals ; as soon as he left milan started sucking tbh ...
the subs or quality on the right flank or bench quality concerns me and again without ibra this club will go stumbling down. milan playing silly and lacking quality right after ibra left. Excellent multiple saves incl. penalty by Donarumma.

Other games
Verona 3 : 0 SPAL
Udinese 1 : 2 Lecce
Lazio 2 : 0 Brescia
Sassuolo 5 : 0 Genoa
--------------------------------------
Genoa totally lost it in second half - they conceded like 3 goals in 10 mins? just shows that playing like this will have them relegated. Meanwhile Lecce just needed to put the ball back on the net and they just did it. They need to now beat Parma and hope that Genoa looses to Verona.
Serie A this season crazy ... goals and action going non stop
