Spurs didn't bottle it. They didn't play well, but they were overall the more impressive team. They made the CL final and had a crazy run. Can't ask for much more from a team like Tottenham. Feels bad the game was so crap though

Kane should have been subbed. Firmino was in the same condition and we took him off at the 60th for Origi and voila, Origi scored.

The first goal basically allowed us to play the game at our pace. We absorb teams like they are water on a sponge with this defense. Spurs had no chance after the first goal and everyone knew that's how Liverpool was going to play. We don't go guns out blazing ever now.

Insane champions mentality to ride games out after going 1 up from a team that conceded for fun last year.

So Spurs fans can make themselves feel better about playing better but to be honest we didn't even need to get out of first gear and killed the game like we always do.

Also lads talking about a shit final, maybe next time be there to make it better ffs

Spurs could have played for 3 hours and not score. Liverpool with that 50% pass success rate and 30% possession, decided by a penalty in the first minute. It really was the worst CL final I've seen.
