The way the team leaks goals wouldn't mind reguillion starting regardless of line up, Marcelo ain't doing much offensively really, give some of the more hard working players a chance and those who want to showboat and jog around being 1-0 down can have a rest

The problem Nick is that we really have a hard time scoring. If you take Marcelo out, I think our defense is solid especially with Casemiro in there. I don't see the need for an extra CB.

Nick likes this formation because his love for pacy, wide men has been reignited. Mind you, only 1 of our wide men actually does pacy, wide men things. Lucas is shit, Bale is injured and Asensio is a player at Real Madrid.

Also, I rather Isco as an AM than Modric. Duh.

Regullion is a beast. Needs to start over marcelo. His hustle and forward play has been great. Valverde too. Fuck man, I love those two

Only bad thing about betis losing like this is due to their stupid mistakes. Aissa Mandi is so composed and calm. He'd be a great third CB for us

Valverde is doing a good job, nothing special in my eyes so far. He is doing the job of an actual holding midfield, covering grounds and offering passing options. we havent had players of his ink in a long time, maybe that's what people like

Just cleaned up the play and took two players out in his own half under pressure on min 17. sums up his contribution, that and his impressive physique and athleticism despite his age

Nice work off the ball. We've managed to close down all their attacking options. Countering well but need better decision making up top. What was Valverde waiting for on his 1v1?

Hope it's nothing serious with Benz but i know he wont play the 2nd half. He looked like he was in agonizing pain

Good first half should be up 2 or 3, it's nice to see everybody committed and working together, if this is the line up the team needs to actually defend properly I'm good with it.

Unlike you guys, I do not care who contributes as long as we win. I like Ceballos, nice talent but if Valverde is giving more to the team than him, I personally do not care.

Basically, I'm a proper Madrid fan.
