Real Betis v Real Madrid Empty Real Betis v Real Madrid

Post by halamadrid2 Sun Jan 13, 2019 2:51 pm

Betis went to Camp Nou and dominated Barca in their own backyard. Pray for our GD, will be -10 after tonights game. At least we have Keykord in goal who can actually save shots unlike the other dude

With basically every attacker out injured or suspended Marca are speculating we'll adopt ZZs infamous double fullback system Laughing dis gun be good

Probable line up:

Keylord
Carvajal-Varane-Ramos-Reguillon
Casemiro
Odriozola-Modric-Ceballos-Marcelo
Benz

Bench: defenders plus Vini who has the flu. Stand: all the injured players, dog house: Isco

Curious if Diaz will make his debut given how many players are out and understanding that the match may be out of reach by the second half.

Lmao just realized the formation you proposed is basically a 6-3-1. The people on this sub-forum will love that.

Marcelo struggles with defensive positioning and basic tracking back and forth, to put him in midfield, even if it is an attacking mid position is not gonna end well.

there is nothing wrong playing 3 at the back, do you forget that we won a CL playing like that?

i dont know how it's going to look but it's a smart tactical choice given the personel.

It's a rubbish formation. Which team in this modern time has won a CL with that formation. Juve came the closest, and they got so embarrassed they changed formation. 352 are for coward teams

Solari is choosing that line up because in his head he only has 2 attackers available. He is a coward and a d1ckhead who I want to see the back off like yesterday.

If you want a 352 to remotely work Marcelo is like the firsr name on the teamsheet but what do I know. Solarius drilling holes into this ship and it's sinking slowly slowly

Isco hasn't done anything to merit a starting spot. I really want to have the guy succeed, but with the way he's playing he'll have to work for his spot.

Happy to see valverde and reguillion start. betis are a good team so this is gonna be tough

3-5-2 is awful but not having Marcelo there makes it even worse. Solari is an idiot and Isco might leave in the summer because of him. Oh at least we get to see Vini and Fede

i see you guys are back at complaining about anything and everything like the world is ending lol

we have a long of injured players, the coach picked a formation with the players he has available and you are complaining, good lord. By the way your "probable" line up is not much better than what Solari did, same amount of defensive players.

well, I guess this is better than reading another of Chad's drivel if isco had started lol

If you think Isco has been poor (who was great right up until his operation) what do you call Modric' performances. Absolutely nothing to do with performance, he has had a grudge since his appointment and no matter how hard Isco works, you really think he will claw his way back into the line up Laughing this is the same guy who supposedly wasn't even good enough to play in the Copa with the B team

But I don't expect anything else from the imbecile who's trying to destroy Navas, a guy who is one of the most professional players in the team. Remember that CL game that was a deadrubber, yh Navas couldn't even play that

This coach has his head so far up his back side he'll end up being sacked before the end of the season

We have injuries ok but we've got plenty of players to fit into that 433 he is married to. Most specifically that players who can never get a start for him. Poor thing has no idea what to do now that Lucas isn't available Rolling Eyes when have we even played that God forsaken 352 to even try that against freaking Betis of all teams. What about a 442, you know a formation this team is actually used to.

The line up was just a prediction from the articles of Marca not one I'd hoped for.

Lol even Barca with Messi scratched their eyes out when they saw Valverde roll out that formation. We can't even create enough chances with a 433, the 352 will be excrutiating to watch

neither do 90% of the "regular" players. Let's not single anyone out here. The best we've ever played this season was when Isco was the focal point of this team. If we want to salvage anything this season, Isco is the one we need to revive not marginalised

So you still dont understand why Solari plays Lucas wide over Isco.

You can think what you want about Solari, but as a manager, he has shown he strongly believes in wide players who are actual wide players with speed, and ability to get separation wide. He doesnt want to play attacking midfielders with 0 vertical game wide just because he has too. you should have understand this by now. Just like in midfielder, he believes in hard working physical players who will run and cover space.

All his previous choices show this and even this line up is a reflection of that. He doesnt have his wingers, so why play a 433 or 442 if you are not going to be a threat wide? so he picked a side to put the fullbacks in a position to create width. For Solari it's all about creating width, playing Isco as a winger doesn't achieve that.

Here's the other thing... why the fuck would you play 3 CBs and NOT play Marcelo. This is the one formation where he doesn't need to defend much Laughing

Attacking mid that doesn't pass and shoot into a wall of defenders, yeah good line up and Valverde is a nice midfielder rather keep giving him chances at least he plays to win.

that's the only genuine question to have here, but given his recent level of form or fitness, it's not surprising.

The way the team leaks goals wouldn't mind reguillion starting regardless of line up, Marcelo ain't doing much offensively really, give some of the more hard working players a chance and those who want to showboat and jog around being 1-0 down can have a rest
