Wasn't a foul and it wasn't a handball. Stop it.
Also, took in the highlights of the match Vibe suggested and yeah, it looked like a really nice match. 5-0 beating too, oof, hard luck Serbia.

Re: UEFA Nations league
Hats off to Portugal.
-Bernardo silva is a complete player. Period.
-Ronaldo's movement is absolutely incredible. His impact on games even when he's not at the forefront creating and scoring is fantastic. If messi could incorporate his movement and off the ball IQ, he would be even more of a monster.
-Van de beek was average. Feel bad for Memphis because the service he got all night was very average

Re: UEFA Nations league
Just looked at the tables for this tournament, and I still don't know shit about its format
So are we still going to have the European Championships next year?
And how frequently is this tournament going to take place, and does it decide anything like who qualifies for the next world cup?

This Spanish team is horrible, scrubs all over the pitch. Rodrigo is a mediocre striker, Ferran Torres sucks, good at nothing. Just rubbish

Emre Can as right CB in a 3 man defense is the kind of stuff that makes you want to gouge your eyes out with a red hot poker

No one hyped Rodrigo enough for him to deserve this much criticism. No one bar Real Madrid fans of course.
He has always been overrated so not surprised and its saddening how Ive how to see La Roja go from what they were, to this.

Re: UEFA Nations league
I’m actually looking forward to Norway vs Austria tonight. For most of my life, our NT’s consisted of a few decent players to good players who all basically fit into the same mould of physical prowess over technical talent.
The likes of Riise, Carew and Flo definitely had their moments, and we were even ranked among the top 10 in the world at one point, thanks to a certain coach’s emphasis on getting the most out of our physical strength, height, and to a lesser extent, speed - which lead to fairly consistent results. It was never enjoyable to watch, from an objective point of view.
Things are a bit different now. We have many young, exciting talents that have broken away from the style of football that I’ve become accustomed to from my national team. They’re not as robust, but faster, more technically proficient, and definitely more exciting to watch.
I was a bit disappointed when I read that Martin Samuelsen, who was predicted to have a very promising career ahead of him, was struggling with depression due to persistent injury woes that have effectively put a halt to his progress, as well as his club aspirations for the time being. But «glass men» like him actually make me hopeful for the future of football talent here.
I see a resemblance in the player profiles that are emerging here, with the dutch of the late 90s, early 00s, and I think it’s an indication that we’re heading in the right direction. I don’t even care much if we don’t progress far, there’s a lot about the Norway NT that makes me excited, these days. The coach isn’t one of them, but I suppose he’ll have to do, for now.
