What is the deal with Patrice Evra?

I've watched British commentary for some of this world cup, and Evra has stood out for being weird.

His prom night suits, his laid back style of sitting, and his behavior towards other commentators has been pretty weird. He has been weird.

This moment with Eni Aluko is an example of this:

Also I love Drogba, but this job isnt for him either. Has the charisma of a dish cloth.

Evra has always been a strange personality... he's not very eloquent and lacks class at the worse moments in front of the media. Not the brightest tool in the shed unfortunately.
