Re: The Man United war | Featuring Gareth Bale
yall were the laughing stock already when you bought pogba for mad cash. now Pogba is looking out the door regretting returning to manutd because yall appointed the worst possible coach for creative, attacking players.
well yall did win a europa league last year so i guess yall got a return on your investment?

Led us to the treble in his first season. We weren't a laughing stock at the time. Pogba was the most in demand player that transfer window and people were envious AF.
Even if he's under performing it could be worse, could have spent 300M on Coutinho and Dembele

Re: The Man United war | Featuring Gareth Bale
take a look at the old pogba thread. i was the one laughing firenze.
Pogba could have become more. the sad tale to pogba is that Pogba could have taken the next step but he has been ruined by Mourinho. he isnt underperforming. cant perform if your coach sabotages ya from the start.
and if bale was wise, he'd steer clear of manutd. I doubt he and mou would get along for long.

Re: The Man United war | Featuring Gareth Bale
Bale scores probably the best ever CL final goal leading Madrid to a third consecutive CL after being brought off the bench and 5 minutes later Ronaldo steals all the headlines with a calculated insinuation he may leave
that settles down a little and then Zidane shocks the world be announcing he is resigning less than a week later
literally nobody cares about Bale's performance, even Madrid fans aren't talking about him
the absolute disrespect is sickening
someone save him even if it isn't us, most underappreciated player of the modern era

No we don't give a shot about Bale because when we need him during the season he is not there. So he can leave, he earned handsome wages and he contributed big time to our trophies but he was sign to lead and he failed

Bale 'to keep United waiting'
Gareth Bale is happy to wait and see who the new manager of Real Madrid will be before he decides on his future, according to reports.
The Sunday Express suggest the Welshman is looking likely to stay in Spain following Zinedine Zidane’s shock resignation.
80% sure he's staying

Re: The Man United war | Featuring Gareth Bale
Now that mercato guru @Firenze has finally seen the light with that attention whore Griezmann, Bale's price is set at 150 million. Steal of a deal imo.Julen in 2015 wrote:A player at Real Madrid has to give 100% all the time. If he doesn't then he might as well leave. La Liga is totally different to the Premier League. A player like that wouldn't get into my team

We should keep Bale at this point. Can't believe I say this. There are no good RW's available on the market at the moment. The ship sailed last year.
There are better replacements for Benzema and Ronaldo tbh

Re: The Man United war | Featuring Gareth Bale
Gareth Bale has decided to stay at Real Madrid and earn his spot in the team under new coach Julen Lopetegui, ESPN claims.
Bale has been heavily linked to a return to the Premier League amid his recent struggles and even suggested after the Champions League final that he could be on the way out of the Spanish capital this summer.
However, the attacker has a new optimism about his future at Madrid and is hoping to make an impression under the new coach instead of leaving.

Inb4 Firenze I'd rather have William or Mahrez anyway. We also have Lingod and Alexis Cantona

Re: The Man United war | Featuring Gareth Bale
We've never shown any interest this summer, which is smart given his age, injury record and wages.
Looking forward to seeing Madrid fans complain about him for 99% of the season again and begging for him to be sold.
As for our actual transfer targets, can't wait to bring Zaha home.

That maybe his view, but he’ll quickly change his mind with the anticipated signings plus Isco’s almost certainly starter status. At this point he is already behind Isco and Asensio

Delete this please. We lost Ronaldo, can't afford to lose Bale. @Freeza must suffer.

Gareth Bale has held positive talks with Real Madrid over his future, making a move to Manchester United seem remote. (Source: Daily Telegraph)
