Chelsea still need to buff their home-grown quota iirc. Barkley's still at a good age (24), is going for a very good price (£15m) and can cover midfield and attack, so it's not an awful signing by any means.

15m is a decent price in this market..he's nothing special and will come off the bench and rotate for them

Ross Barkley seems quite legit ?? Nice all around player in career mode, i often buy him. The kind of player Conte LOVES. Cannot develop properly at Everton where he suffers crap coaching and crap teammates, while Chelsea is a top 10 club in Europe.

At 15m in today's world we can safely say Everton got hustled hard on this one. If what happened this past summer is put into perspective...
