Re: Pep Guardiola - King of the Carabao Club
They’ve already won the league a few times, and they’ve certainly looked like a much more convincing, top team in the past. Can’t blame the morale for not being at it’s peak anymore, although they have yet to win the CL. But yeah, Klopp who’s heading towards his first EPL title probably has more experience in the motivation department

Re: Pep Guardiola - King of the Carabao Club
Pep Fraudiola wrote:"If they don’t sack me, which could happen, I will stay here more than ever," he said.
"First because I want to stay, not because this is something special. I want to stay longer than the contract that I have. I said before and now and until the end of my contract that I want to help the club grow and maintain this level for as long as possible.
"Why should I leave? I said before that I love this club and I like to be here so why should I leave, more than ever in this situation. I am optimistic we can finish this well.”
Re: Pep Guardiola - King of the Carabao Club
oh my god, he's so annoying with his mind games!
They had Pellegrini, Mancini and freaking Mark Hughes before they signed you. Their greatest ever achievement in the CL was reaching the semi-final once.
They looked so excited and happy the day of your presentation, they couldn't stop pinching themselves.
You're so revered and idolized over there that I wouldn't be surprised if the owner had a statue of you in his bedroom.
You'll never be sacked, you shameless, pompous ass.
You know what? Forget my love for Madrid, I'll support Madrid this time not as a fan, but as a guy who wants this joker to lose and finish trophyless this season, just so he can finally admit that even if he finishes trophyless, City will never dare to sack him.

Not gonna happen... This is their only chance of winning CL in the next 5 years and they wont bottle it, not at least against a CR less Madrid

Re: Pep Guardiola - King of the Carabao Club
outcoached again by Ole Gunnar Solksjaer
his team drilling in hopeful crosses onto the tiny heads of Gabriel Jesus, Raheem Sterling and Phil Foden
Having paid a combined 135m € for Joao Cancelo and Rodri
25 points behind Liverpool
Pep's City stay is turning sad

Re: Pep Guardiola - King of the Carabao Club
Cancelo has been pretty awful and I havent consistently watched Man C this season, but I dont see anything spectacular about Rodri. Still strange though, Liverpool is doing amazing, but the way Man C have regressed, I guess the lost of motivated obviosuly is a factor, but the players bought and Pep himself have also gotta get blame.

Other than motivating winning teams for 2, max. 3 seasons that were built before he joined, what's he good at as a coach?

Man owes his entire career to Messi and prime Barca. Without it he's just a mad scientist using FIFA Ultimate Team custom formations with unlimited fifa points.
