Re: UEFA Super Cup 2017| Real Madrid v Man United
Did Benzema even get a shot this game? At some point the blame has to be on the player. He has to force himself into becoming a factor.
He's done in Madrid though. 30YO and his career is done as far as I'm concerned

Lol Mou as a sore loser saying our goal was offside and Ronaldo gets superstar treatment.
I wonder how far down this guy can stoop. Maybe he should be less negative next time

Our forwards so invisible that Case had to score and he also had the most shots on goal (3). His offensive play has improved a great deal since 15/16 season and he was defensively class as usual.

Should have won. Madrid narrowly beating us with an offside goal and Lukaku missing sitters smh. Not bad considering we have a bunch of new players out of sync. Think we will do well this season. Madrid once again showing why they're the luckiest pos's in Europe though.
didn't even watch the game btw, forgot it was today

Sitter. Just one sitter he missed. He did however:
Literally run into an offside position for no reason
Played a foul throw
Top lad he is this Lukaku.

United is an awful team. Wouldn't get into top 4 had they played in La Liga

The red line is wrong, not following the perspective rules. It is just going parallel to the goal line, while it should be closer to it the further it goes. That being said, even though it is an offside, it is so negligible that it does not matter. I would actually love to let such goals go in than to annul a good goal because the ref was mistaken by few centimeters. Whoever complains of such offside calls is a sore looser. This is coming from a guy who never likes to see RM win.
Congrats RM, you deserved it! And as we albanians say: "Luck follows the brave!", so if you were lucky, you deserved it to be.

LOL, perspective doesn't change because a line is a different color. That's hilarious.

I hate this tricks being pulled with offside lines. The correct line should be the orange not the red one. Any architect or student of art here please confirm i have it right below:

Why would the line defining the offside limit on a rectangular field not be parallel to a straight line? The red line is correct.

What's Ronaldo got to do with it?
I don't get it, even with the yellow line it looks level. Am I missing a body part straying offside?

That is what i am saying, with the yellow line (if you zoom in i haven't placed it close enough to the leg) it is technically offside. But, it is probable centimeters offside that does not warrant a discussion here. RM dominated ManU and that is a fact. I can't understand how people try to undermine their victory!

Re: UEFA Super Cup 2017| Real Madrid v Man United
This isn't some crazy mistake. It was inches off. If a linesman is not sure, he's supposed to let it go.
I'd rather they let it go tbh. In Spain, the guy is 1 meter on or off and they make the wrong call This is actually good by our standards

Re: UEFA Super Cup 2017| Real Madrid v Man United
Smfh if benzema thinks he isn't going to get slaughtered in the media, with the shit service he been getting since last season he must be on drugs or something, nobody genuinely cares that he ain't getting no passes at all, cause he needs to be the problem, he need to leave its stupid watching him begging for obvious passes that should be going his direction anyway, but he knows the other players gonna take a bad shot than pass to him cause no one gonna say anything.
where is the joy of being scapegoat for everything when your not even receiving a shred of credit nor receiving any form of help from teammates? literally doing bale and isco jobs ffs always passing and creating for what? To get treated like shit afterwards? Shoot the bleeping ball you idiot your gonna get bash anyway such a joke, wake up ffs or leave tired watching this cycle literally wasting his time at the club.

You have to shoot to score. The Preening Cat doesn't quite understand the causation here.

Benzema had a glorious chance to score too. Poor guy couldn't wrap his foot around it. Every thing is just so against Benzema
