It's not like Pep's approach stifled Aguero and prevented him from scoring goals, they created as many chances as anyone.

Lol exactly. City created the most chances in the league, so Aguero had his opportunities. He's a selfish player who wasn't clinical, and when City needed him most he went missing.

Kun off the bench is an awesome option, I don't think he's "done" like you guys seem to think, but he deff is regressing. Not sure who the fk City will line up if they land Alexis tbh. Maybe...

I just don't think David Silva gets benched and City paid a premium for those other guys, so I see Sane + Sterling + Aguero being the guys off the bench, who knows. City would have some crazy options though

He's not done, he's still a very good player but when you have as many injuries as he has it's only natural this happens.

He's not as clinical as he was, he's not as explosive and he's certainly not as good a dribbler.

I mean you can't have it both ways really, you can't say how wasteful City are and then absolve the CF of blame.

If this was prime Aguero, this wouldn't even be a conversation and the links to the likes of Sanchez wouldn't even be happening.

Didn't live up to my expectations considering what we paid for him. He's shown some decent technical abilities but is often too timid and lacks combativity, has a costly lapse of judgment in almost every game, couldn't win an aerial challenge to save his life etc..

Maybe he can improve under a competent manager, but I'm starting to think that our clueless ( and non-existing) scouting team simply got conned by a cunning agent.

True, exception made of Conti.
Idk about Silva the cf who did *bleep* all vs Juve in CL. 38m seems laughable.

However this new team should be good enough to reach the podium. Milan will sell Bacca (decent at best) and buy another forward so they might improve again.

Biglia still has it eh? For that cash I'm surprised they didnt go for a younger version like they have with the other signings of a player similar to that profile. Plus they still have Sosa and apparently he won't leave.

Anyways Milan did not have an elite tier squad to begin with, so I think it will take a few windows of revamping before they should be realistically be fighting for the title, but they should deff be aiming to finish in the top 3 this season with the money spent.
