Re: Dani Alves: "Dybala will have to leave Juventus one day if he wants to reach his full potential"
Wtf, so
So basically Juve making the same mistake Barca did?! Wtf I mean business is business, they probably thinking about his age and all, but essentially thats what they are doing, repeating the mistake, cant believe it. He certainly shows hes not aging as many would think...

Btw, whats happened between him and Juve though that they let him go so quickly? His comments lately didnt upset Juve that much I thought?
Alves wanted to get renewed for 2 years. The club didn't want to, they just wanted the 1 year in his contract. So he started acting like a clown. So that's the end of his relationship with Juve.

Um, Jjuve would be very fine without Alves Barcalearning, that anyone can assure you. And they certainly won't be replacing a starting right back with a midfielder either.
Also, according to Jjuve fans, he wasn't all of that in Serie A and only really showed form in the UCL. Though I am sure they are others who would probably disagree on that.

Alves was terrible for almost the whole season. Just terrible, he played first like he was on a totally different wavelength as the rest of the team and then with no effort. Then got injured for a while. He wasn't a positive factor until the end of the season. No particular loss for us to see someone with such a bad attitude go, even if his later CL performances were so good.

Well, I'm inclined to agree with the General Rincon on this matter.
Dani Alves, at the start of the season looked lost. Then he suffered an injury and missed a couple of months of play (could be more, can't even remember). Then for about 2 months he was great, particularly in the CL against Barcelona and Monaco. In the final, he also looked like one of the few who had the right intensity for the match.
In any case, hard to lose sleep over this one. As fast as he arrived, he's left. His signing was never a long term thing. His play did leave something to be imagined but rather he served as a stop-gap for the season.

Flop or not, will be awesome to see him in the league, pure enjoyment, one of the most exciting players in the end to end style league Then add to that Pep's style means hes definitely going to get caught out of position so often, will need to see if he can still get up and down like he used to, if not, he will probably be rested and rotated.

If Pep continues to play his style, Alves will probably flop, it's not like he was immense for Juve throughout the season.

He absolutely wasn't.
We don't complain since he got his form back just in time for the crucial stage of the season.

Different styles of play. Alves does better in more attacking orientated teams nevertheless as said above hes 34 so he'll have his limit. Pep wants Walker as a first choice with Alves being a back up and possible helping the other FB.

If by " win the champions league " he meant " escape from the stressful and highly competitive environment of elite teams to a more laid-back atmosphere where you get to dance the samba in the dressing room, goof around with your buddies in training, and stay up late partying with no repercussions " then I completely agree with him.
PSG will surely win the CL if they keep signing players like these imo.

Pep will turn him into a superstar
Thats one great quality about Pep. He knows how to elevate the quality of attacking players.
