Re: English Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 14
think Mou gave the lineup in an interview
Atrocious bait more like
can't wait for Madrid to smash you on route to our supercup showdown
two biggest teams in the world, befitting of such an occasion

That's an atrocious lineup from an atrocious football team
Easy win/draw for Palace imo

It's the Guardian's predicted line-up.

Its not like they'd win with players like Pogba, Rashford, Herrera etc playing so the team changes nothing, Might put up a better fight in the league tbh

Some jobbers in that lineup. Who d f are Dearnley ad McTomato?
EDIT: Ya dat McTominay guy already played a couple of games for us. lol.
Anyway, I am excited to (hopefully) see 16 year old Angel Gomes get some minutes. Mourinho said he would be involved. Probably as an unused sub tho I reckon.

Flopp and his lazy excuses ffs
This is what happens when you run your players to the ground before one half of a season is even completed. Of course he is gonna bitch about intensity and physicality and what not.
And that Stevie Nichol dude sounds like a unique-frenzy hybrid. Utter clown.

I'm a perfectly normal person and its only when you put frenzy into the mix that you get a clown.S wrote:

Sigurdson is in it too, just he's a reward for winning some tournament.
They're obviously keeping Pogba saved for something special like a lifetime achievement award or something

all jokes aside I agree with that team of the season 100%
although I'd have had Pogba in for Lallana (one of the most overrated players I've ever come across, to think England went from Scholes, Gerrard, Lampard, Carrick to this jabbroni)

Fifa's such a pi$$ poor game.
All you'll ever need since about Fifa 1921 is Ahmed Musa and you're set.

Sanchez has comfortably been better than every player on that team

Re: English Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 14
Sanchez on the bench? Lmao, should definitely be starting. Is better than all those players bar Kane, Alli, Vertonghen, Walker, Eriksen, Alderweireld, and Lloris although Lloris is a keeper so that's a bit unfair.
Kane a 94? The best striker since Shearer is a 94 while Hazard is ghosting his way to a 98 overall rating : rofl: outta here
Otherwise I think it's actually a pretty good team.

Alderweireld not making that team shows how off base it is.

Not a starter though
Anyways Firenze...
Xavi: "The 5 best midfielders right now without choosing from Barça? Modric, Kroos, Thiago, Verratti, and Ozil."

Ozil isn't a CM
safe to say Pogba would be next on his list if it were a pure top 5 CM list IMO

Re: English Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 14
too lazy to make a thread about it but
been a while since the decline of former kings Xavi and Iniesta
I think we can all agree Modric is the current best in the world but the other 4 are somewhat debatable
IMO;
Modric
Naingol
Pogba
Kante
Ibra converted to CM from striker on FIFA
..probably Verratti or Kroos? tbh I don't watch Ligue 1 outside of european comp and I've never been impressed at all with Verratti in big games
taking into account players that have played majority of the season at CM
