Not very low tbh.
Poor guy became a scapegoat for Manchester's decline and had the misfortune of becoming a meme in this Vine/Twitter era where everybody is overreacting to everything.

we should just convert him to CB, his footballing intelligence is on the same level as Ramos and Ramos is highly rated because he can score from set pieces, while Fellaini is mocked because that's the only part of his game

Nah it's more due to the fact that the world figured out he's trash CM.
Mainly because for years he was used a battering ram second striker
( probably the only sensible thing Moyes has done in the last 5 years)Most people knew this but there was also a massive percentage of people who didn't realise he's not a good CM, it just so happens they figured this out all in the past year or two.

GOAT thug footballer, like it or not (and I don't) he's become an integral part of Mou's team. I do think we replace him with someone like Matic this summer, but I can't deny his contributions to the treble winning season. Respect to that melt.
