As for Hilary, I didn't vote for her for a a litany of reasons. As such, she is no longer important to this discussion. Trump supporters keep saying "She lost! Get over it!" while simultaneously continuing to bring her into every discussion when their dear leader is challenged or attacked. This is that same cognitive dissonance that I was speaking of above.

That doesn't mean that this isn't just the beginning of a rabbit hole that has a lot more time to incriminate Trump Sr, nor does that mean that he hasn't been an awful President so far. Nor does it mean that the White House has continually lied countless times now about this Russian meeting to the American people. Trump has continually attacked the free press, and now holds the lowest approval rating in the history of the United States. There is no reason to believe Trump isn't beholden in some regard, or at least in bed with, the Russians at this point.

This isn't a witch hunt, and there is a lot more to go down yet.

Wanting Trump out has a lot to do with the fact that, and I'm ignoring the fact that he's an idiot and completely incompetent and should be nowhere near the presidency in the first place, no reasonable American can have any sort of trust or faith in the White House to not be completely self serving (as opposed to their duty and job, to serve the American people). This so called "witch hunt" has already brought up enough dirt and enough wrongdoing to make any reasonable American lack the faith that Trump is a capable leader going forward and as such should be removed from office.

What's next, the watergate scandal was a witch hunt and people who wanted Nixon out are bullshitting?
